ABOVE ALL LAW accompanied by MISCONSTRUCTION AND ABUSE OF POWERS empowered OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE are the very things which has brought this nation and others to this present 'banking, financing and economic crisis.'
Former National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice recently responded in a statement uncannily close to Richard Nixon’s infamous claim, “When the president does it, that means it is not illegal.”
When these presidents who allegedly are 'Constitutional Scholars' assume the position of "Above All Law" with the presumption "When the president does it, it is not illegal" is absolutely and totally in contra-distinction with the Original Purpose and Intent of the Constitution of the united States and the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution of the united States is a 'compact/contract/agreement' which belongs to We, the People who contracted SEVEN ARTICLES to the representatives of the People to represent the People under the United States Constitution in Commerce and Trade, and war if it came about which was the Common Defense and General Welfare Clause.
THE BILL OF RIGHTS were added to prevent 'misconstruction and abuse of powers' whereas and whereby the representative government were bound by checks and balances which prohibited the powers of making laws which would create the ABSOLUTISM OF DICTATORSHIP or allow the absolute powers of Kings or Queens.
"Absolutism".. a strange word indeed for the American vocublary.
Absolutism [Blacks Law Dict. Fifth Ed.]. In politics, a system of government which public power is vested in some person or persons, unchecked and uncontrolled by any law, institution, constitutional device, or coordinate body. Currently refers to any government which is run by a dictator whose power is without restriction and without any checks and balances.
Misconstruction and Abuse of Powers accompanied with Organized Criminal Activity by those empowered of the Council on Foreign Relations and Non Governmental Offices which have gained more power than the Constitution allows as president after president exceeds his Executive Powers issuing Executive Orders by making and ultimately allowing those Executive Orders "Law".. which is the responsibility of the U.S. House and Senate to make certain this "abuse of powers" does not happen.
Under a Constitutionally 'authorized' federal government; The President is the 'most subjected' to the Laws of the Constitution, because he or she is elected to insure the Laws of the Sovereign Civil Governments of the states of the Union of the Republics are not violated, or abused.
This nation has lost her International Good Standing by Acts of Abuse of Powers of those in Offices of Public Trust representing We, the People of the Xth Amendment Sovereign Civil Governments of the States of the Union of the Republics of America.
Our presidents have stated: "The Constitution is just a G#d damned piece of paper." While currently we are watching the BILL OF RIGHTS being dismanteled as Abuse of Powers of Offices of Public Trust increasingly worsen.
We read daily: "Our once 'admired' nation has become a most hated and despised nation paralleled only by Nazi Germany."
This is frightening! This is not what America is about! America is not GERM WARFARE of BIO TECHNOLOGY WAR FARE!
America is not President dictating which bank will survive or which auto maker will survive! America is PRIVATE ENTERPRISE not CORPORATE RULE by any president!
What in the world has happened to America?! America has become the very thing our young men and women have gone to wars and fought for the freedoms and liberties of other nations, only to discover while they were off fighting for everyone else's freedoms and liberties their own were being taken away and the Constitution was slowly being dismantled as Dictatorships and Absolutisms were allowed to grow inside our own country.
As a 73 year old "Constitutionalist" the Spirit of our Constitution requires that I must disagree with the following statements of former National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

When Stanford University students recently asked former National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice about waterboarding and torture, her response was uncannily close to Richard Nixon’s infamous claim, “When the president does it, that means it is not illegal.”
Students toting a video camera approached Rice and asked her about a new Senate Intelligence Committee report which states that she gave the CIA its go-ahead for the use of water-boarding in July 2002.
Rice responded by saying, “The president instructed us that nothing we would do would be outside of our obligations, legal obligations under the Convention Against Torture.”
“I didn’t authorize anything,” Rice insisted. “I conveyed the authorization of the administration to the agency.”
