We have a basis to infer that the available references--that stipulate 21°00' on the Leo-Aquarius Axis for the Full Moon-- in unabbreviated form would appear in text as 21°00'30" or less, but greater than 21°00'00".
Logic follows, therefore, that for purposes of nomenclature--remembering that a newborn infant enters the Earthwalkk in "Year 1"--the degree of the 9 February Full Moon Axis is nominally #22 on the Leo (Moon) and Aquarius (Sun) Axis.
