ST LOUIS FED PREZ BULLARD: "WE ARE BLURRING THE INSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS A LITTLE"

A Reuters article that appeared early January 4 was linked on Rense.com within hours:
Tabling an analysis that the Federal Reserve has abandoned monetary policy and has begun implementing an industrial policy, the article quotes John Taylor, a senior staffer at Treasury from 2001 to 2005:
"If you have a situation where the Fed is borrowing to invest in all these sectors it seems to me you have a huge governance issue...that demands a lot of thought..."
The text posted by Reuters then continues:
Taylor said the U.S. Congress has a legitimate right to demand a say in who the Fed lends money to. The outcome would be "radical reform" that would risk monetary policy independence, he said.
An important admission or disclosure seems to turn up in the empty spaces of the last few sentences:
This concern was echoed somewhat by the president of the St Louis Federal Reserve Bank, James Bullard... He said the close collaboration between the Fed and U.S. Treasury in fighting the crisis could have unintended consequences.
"We are blurring the institutional arrangements a little," Bullard said. "I am concerned about independence. Fed independence is very important," he told reporters.
ASTROLOGICAL CORRELATIONS
The Tropical Capricorn in December correlates with the present upheaval in government and business, which is the domain of astrological Saturn.
The two pairs of charts below show something remarkable. Noetically, the charts were blurred in the process of shrinking the images. The pointed YOD pattern is easy to spot in all four charts, Saturn at the receiving point.
Saturn is at the activation point of a YOD ("Finger of God") today (January 4) that is repeated at the end of January--with notable variations from the pattern today.

The chart for January 4/4:40pm EST shows Saturn aligned on the meridian of the Washington Monument, but directly BELOW...
At 10:28 pm Saturn rises above the Eastern Horizon...

At the end of January the Moon also participates in a YOD to Saturn, but Chiron ("Wounded Healer") replaces Neptune in the configuration...
On January 31 the YOD comes into effect before Saturn rises above the Eastern Horizon at 8:37pm, and when Saturn passes through the Mid-Heaven at 2:48am the YOD is still in play.
This suggests that the power of mass thought-force will be widely observed in early 2009 as an effective influence ("conduit") moving our world through the vortex of transformation.
Humanity is especially the conduit of transformative force now. These January 2009 Saturn YODS suggest vital force drawn up from "roots" and eventuating as widely visible results by early February.
