The typical security for a casino is your usual "rent-a-cop" outfit,
most of them are way out of shape and they wouldn't look like these
guys at all. Most casino security are people who worked in the 6 buck
an hour job, and have arms training. These guys were really big and
muscular, and they were behaving oddly, as if they had never seen so
many black people before, that's why I think they were foreign. They
were just observant. Usually when someone is getting arrested or
questioned by the police the atomsphere is kinda festive: people get
lawn chairs, a large crowd gathers. people chat with officers and
what not. In this case people were not near the scene, the guys
looked nervous and were really observant. The had two of the guys
handcuffed, and they had a "plain brown wrapper" car, the car was a
normal Dodge Intepid but it had the flashing lights of a police car.

I don't know the men that were handcuffed to the car were kinda
looking druggy or drunk. I did notice they were going through their
belongings, I couldn't stay long, cause they were giving menacing
looks at people. They car was a burgandy Intrepid, brand new no
plates at all, and Nevada now has a new plate that goes on the rear
plate of the car when you purchase it from the dealer. but it is
possible they could of had the small paper permit that goes in the
front passenger window, it was hard to tell due to the fact that they
blocked half the street off but I could see that the rear had no
plates on it at all. The triangle on the sleeve had a royal blue
outline of a triangle the narrow point down, and I could not read
what was in the middle of the outline of the triangle.
