Nellis Air Force Base (a few miles to the northeast) Air Force people usually wear what looks like “modified Army uniform.” What do their Military Police wear? Friend doesn’t know.
By friend’s reckoning, "Black side of town" in the ethnic crazy quilt of LV most likely is referring to North Las Vegas.
