Though I suspect you know what they look like. Still, you did not discount that possibility... And do they have the right to arrest people NOT in the Casino area? Shouldn't the cops have been involved? Hmmm, but then WE ALL HAVE the right to make Citizen's arrest, which is how they are getting around the fact that Military cannot, by law, use arrest powers on the local citizenry. However, as PRIVATE CITIZENS they can... And their manuals are instructing them of this fact.
An interesting conundrum you have presented us, here. Can you enlighten us at all?
