This is a common way to cause someone to run off the road....and if he lost power in the vehicle he would not have power steering or brakes and that explains the tire tracks in the grass .... bye bye ... a sure shot recipe for the accident this IS an old MOB tactic for give a warning or to kill..I've seen it more than once before by the mob and they also teach this to the cops in America to stop criminals ! watch the show 'Cops'
