Hi, Folks - There's an ad at the beginning. This is apparently a local fraud crime, not a nationally-linked one - but ya gotta wonder, how many times is this sort of 'scam' being repeated across the country...? Think about it - attorneys, appraisers, brokers, and an IRS employee were all involved in operating this scam. Is there any honesty left out there...?
