No I do not get a newspaper. I dont even have a newspaper box. I have not subscribed to the paper for more than 10 years. The stickers were on my mailbox. there are many folks with stickers around here who have newspaper boxes, though. BUT even then the stickers are NOT on the newspaper boxes, they are on their mailboxes. It is my understanding that the mailboxes, even though we have to buy and install them ARE CONSIDERED GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. The reason I heard for this is thaat in the event of mail theft or vandalism, it can become a federal rap.
I do subscribe to AFP, Barnes review, and several other conservative pubs, but these are all delivered by mail. So, the case is still open in my book.
One final thought-- IF the stickers are for newspaper purposes, don't you consider it strange that the stickers are so identical throughout the CONUS?
