Here are two replies...... ............................................. NEWS PAPER DELIVERY USES THESE QUITE OFTEN I noticed and talk to news paper delivery people. They use these to indicate type of paper and frequency of delivery. Reflective because of time of Day Papers are put in your box. .............AND................ Hi, Newspaper carriers are given different colored stickers to place on mailboxes or newspaper tubes to identify which customers get sunday papers only, weekday only papers, or all 7 days delivered. ................................................... So, we have established that newspaper carriers place these on newspaper boxes to tell them which days they should deliver the paper.... however, we need to hear from Watchman and others who have found these on their boxes and find out IF they get the newspaper delivered. If so, then I guess, it would appear, case closed. If not, well then maybe there could be more to this. We'll keep digging into this and updating until we find a satisfactory answer or until we find the truth of the matter. RMN
