Bin Laden's ties to the CIA
Bin Laden comes home to roost - His CIA ties are only the beginning of a woeful story
At the CIA, it happens often enough to have a code name: Blowback. Simply defined, this
is the term that describes an agent, an operative or an operation that has turned on its
creators. Osama bin Laden, our new public enemy Number 1, is the personification of
blowback. And the fact that he is viewed as a hero by millions in the Islamic world
proves again the old adage: Reap what you sow.
BEFORE YOU SPIT on my face and call me naive, let me concede some points. Yes, the West
needed Josef Stalin to defeat Hitler. Yes, there were times during the Cold War when
supporting one villain (Cambodia's Lon Nol, for instance) would have been better than the
alternative (Pol Pot). So yes, there are times when any nation must hold its nose and
shake hands with the devil for the long-term good of the planet. But just as surely,
there are times when the United States, faced with such moral dilemmas, should have
resisted the temptation to act. Arming a multi-national coalition of Islamic extremists
in Afghanistan during the 1980s - well after the destruction of the Marine barracks in
Beirut or the hijacking of TWA Flight 847 - was one of those times.
BIN LADENÕS BEGINNINGS
Terrorist backer? As anyone who has bothered to read this far certainly knows by now, bin
Laden is the heir to Saudi construction fortune who, here forat least since the early
1990s, has used that a list of money to finance countless attacks on U.S. attacks
interests and those of its Arab allies around that Binthe world. Laden is suspected of

As his unclassified CIA biography states, bin Laden left Saudi Arabia to fight the Soviet
army in Afghanistan after Moscow's invasion in 1979. By 1984, he was running a front
organization known as Maktab al-Khidamar - the MAK - which funneled money, arms and
fighters from the outside world into the Afghan war. What the CIA bio conveniently fails
to specify (in its unclassified form, at least) is that the MAK was nurtured by
Pakistan's state security services, the Inter-Services Intelligence agency, or ISI, the
CIA's primary conduit for conducting the covert war against Moscow's occupation.
Taliban militiamen watch as one ofBy no means was Osama bin Laden the their tanks light
leader of Afghanistan's mujahedeen. His money up an opposition gave him undue prominence
in the Afghan position northeaststruggle, but the vast majority of those who of Kabul on
Aug. fought and died for Afghanistan's freedom - 15. like the Taliban regime that now
holds sway over most of that tortured nation - were Afghan nationals.
Yet the CIA, concerned about the factionalism of Afghanistan made famous by Rudyard
Kipling, found that Arab zealots who flocked to aid the Afghans were easier to "read"
than the rivalry-ridden natives. While the Arab volunteers might well prove troublesome
later, the agency reasoned, they at least were one-dimensionally anti-Soviet for now. So
bin Laden, along with a small group of Islamic militants from Egypt, Pakistan, Lebanon,
Syria and Palestinian refugee camps all over the Middle East, became the "reliable"
partners of the CIA in its war against Moscow.
WHAT'S 'INTELLIGENT' ABOUT THIS?
Though he has come to represent all that went wrong with
the CIA's reckless strategy there, by the end of the Afghan war in 1989, bin Laden was
still viewed by the agency as something of a dilettante - a rich Saudi boy gone to war
and welcomed home by the Saudi monarchy he so hated as something of a hero.
America strikes back
In fact, while he returned to his family's construction business, bin Laden had split
from the relatively conventional MAK in 1988 and established a new group, al-Qaida, that
included many of the more extreme MAK members he had met in Afghanistan. Exiled Saudi

who fought there this April, 1998 became known, turned up later behind violent photo
in Islamic movements around the world. Among Afghanistan. them: the GIA in Algeria,
thought responsible for the massacres of tens of thousands of civilians; Egypt's Gamat
Ismalia, which has massacred western tourists repeatedly in recent years; Saudi Arabia
Shiite militants, responsible for the Khobar Towers and Riyadh bombings of 1996.
Indeed, to this day, those involved in the decision to give the Afghan rebels access to a
fortune in covert funding and top-level combat weaponry continue to defend that move in
the context of the Cold War. Sen. Orrin Hatch, a senior Republican on the Senate
Intelligence Committee making those decisions, told my colleague Robert Windrem that he
would make the same call again today even knowing what bin Laden would do subsequently.
"It was worth it," he said. "Those were very important, pivotal matters that played an
important role in the downfall of the Soviet Union," he said.
HINDSIGHT OR TUNNEL VISION
It should be pointed out that the evidence of bin Laden's connection to these activities
is mostly classified, though its hard to imagine the CIA rushing to take credit for a
Frankenstein's monster like this. It is also worth acknowledging that it is easier now to
oppose the CIA's Afghan adventures than it was when Hatch and company made them in the
mid-1980s. After all, in 1998 we now know that far larger elements than Afghanistan were
corroding the communist party's grip on power in Moscow.
Even Hatch can't be blamed completely. The CIA, ever mindful of the need to justify its
"mission," had conclusive evidence by the mid-1980s of the deepening crisis of
infrastructure within the Soviet Union. The CIA, as its deputy director William Gates
acknowledged under congressional questioning in 1992, had decided to keep that evidence
from President Reagan and his top advisors and instead continued to grossly exaggerate
Soviet military and technological capabilities in its annual "Soviet Military Power"
report right up to 1990. Given that context, a decision was made to provide America's
potential enemies with the arms, money - and most importantly - the knowledge of how to
run a war of attrition violent and well-organized enough to humble a superpower. That
decision is coming home to roost.

The answer, I believe, would have to be YES!! Once a spook, always
a spook. They NEVER let you go - completely.

Osama Bin Laden, a scapegoat for USA?
Whatever has happened on morning of Tuesday 11th September in New York & Washington is a
worst carnage American innocent people have suffered, which every sensible human being
will strongly condemn.
Now, powerful electronic media and the US Government is very cleverly trying to shift
responsibility of their failures, if any, in total collapse of security and air defense
control and management system by blaming Osama Bin Laden, his association and the

of its citizen without concern due to political expediency involved therein.
One question is mind boggling? How, Why and Who has undertaken this precision attack? If
American pilots have also been used in this operation then American people should demand
an indiscreet transparent inquiry into the causes which led to this heinous plot which is
a threat to social life in America.
The assassination of President Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy went unnoticed in the
past, the hidden hands in America have become so powerful that the life of even hundreds
of innocent people is of no value and has come under threat. So instead of looking for a
scapegoat in Osama Bin Laden, soul searching is needed in American people. Retaliation to
eye wash from the real factors in this case will not end the process, retaliation will
give birth to more retaliations.
Does any body in America has any reasonable answers to the few basic lapses which can not
be imagined happening even in a third world country. How could it happen in US? Existence
of a conspiracy within US cannot be ruled out.

Explosives Planted In Towers
Explosives Planted In Towers,
N.M. Tech Expert Says Televised images of the attacks on the World Trade Center suggest that explosives devices caused the collapse of both towers, a New Mexico Tech explosion expert said Tuesday.
The collapse of the buildings appears "too methodical" to be a chance result of airplanes
colliding with the structures, said Van Romero, vice president for research at New Mexico
Institute of Mining and Technology.
"My opinion is, based on the videotapes, that after the airplanes hit the World Trade
Center there were some explosive devices inside the buildings that caused the towers to
collapse," Romero said.
Romero is a former director of the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center at
Tech, which studies explosive materials and the effects of explosions on buildings,
aircraft and other structures. Romero said he based his opinion on video aired on
national television broadcasts.
Romero said the collapse of the structures resembled those of controlled implosions used
to demolish old structures.
"It would be difficult for something from the plane to trigger an event like that,"
Romero said in a phone interview from Washington, D.C.
Romero said he and another Tech administrator were on a Washington-area subway when an
airplane struck the Pentagon.
He said he and Denny Peterson, vice president for administration and finance, were en
route to an office building near the Pentagon to discuss defense-funded research programs
at Tech.
If explosions did cause the towers to collapse, the detonations could have been caused by
a small amount of explosive, he said.
"It could have been a relatively small amount of explosives placed in strategic points,"
Romero said. The explosives likely would have been put in more than two points in each of
the towers, he said. The detonation of bombs within the towers is consistent with a
common terrorist strategy, Romero said.
"One of the things terrorist events are noted for is a diversionary attack and secondary
device," Romero said.
Attackers detonate an initial, diversionary explosion that attracts emergency personnel
to the scene, then detonate a second explosion, he said.
Romero said that if his scenario is correct, the diversionary attack would have been the
collision of the planes into the towers.
Tech President Dan Lopez said Tuesday that Tech had not been asked to take part in the
investigation into the attacks. Tech often assists in forensic investigations into
terrorist attacks, often by setting off similar explosions and studying the effects.

An Italian Priest
who knew what would happen?
There was a very interesting current-affairs debating programme on "Rai Uno" (an Italian
TV channel) last night (14/09/2001), called "Porta a Porta". Unfortunately, I don't have
it video-taped.
Anyway, there was a priest as a guest (don't have his name, sorry, but I can research
further if you want), who is known to have said as speaker at a conference, four days
before the plane attacks, that Arabs could take over a commericial passenger jet, and
steer it into a high structure.
Also on the programme were the Italian Minister of the Interior, the Minister of the
Exterior, and the Minister of Defense. They, and the show's presenter, kept asking him
how the hell he could have predicted what happened so precisely. The priest evaded
answering the question each time, and kept blabbing on about bin Laden's extensive
worldwide network, instead. They didn't let him off the hook, and kept asking him, how
the hell he knew. The Minister of the Interior became quite serious about it, but still
the priest didn't reveal how. They were exasperated that he wouldn't tell, and in the end
the show had to go on, and they let it drop.
This information may be irrelevant to the idea of a general conspiracy. The priest may
have psychic powers, or that it's a co-incidence that he said it when he did. But his
refusal to answer the question spoke volumes that there was 'more to it'.
I know wonder whether the Italian authorities will take him in for questioning, or force
him to take truth drugs, to get the knowledge out of him.

US State Department Sponsors Training
of Would-Be Terrorists
Huntsville, Alabama - The US State Department sponsors the training of would-be
terrorists at the Redstone Arsenal's Hazardous Devices School, which offers "explosive
ordinance disposal training."
This is the most exclusive explosives school in the United States. It's where firemen,
policemen, and municipal bomb squads are trained. It also provides training for the US
armed forces, FBI, CIA, as well as foreign army and intelligence personnel. This is the
most elite of the munitions schools in the United States and it's part of the Redstone
Arsenal complex.
This facility is not run by the US Army or by the military. It is technically run by US
State Department employee Ray Funderberg, who's been covertly in charge of it for about
twenty years. An added note -- although Funderberg works for the State Department, he
dresses in a US Army Colonel's uniform. Official records indicate that he supposedly
works for the FBI.
According to a reliable source, one of the Iranians involved in the bombing of the World
Trade Center in New York, took training courses at the Redstone Arsenal's school of
explosives. He enrolled in this course under the guise of a Pakistani military officer
with Pakistani uniform and credentials. This is important to note because Al Martin Raw
has previously reported that many hostile nations have a visible presence at the US
Redstone Arsenal. Evidently "terrorists," as well as regular armed forces and
intelligence officers, are also being "trained" at the Redstone Arsenal.
In other news, five new shipments of "marshmallows" (anti-personnel land mines) have left
the Redstone Arsenal. And this week the Friendly Colonel is once again doing business
under the "Gulf Coast Trucking and Receiving" moniker.
An inside source wants the Friendly Colonel to provide the State Department employment
forms necessary to bring more people in. One of the arms merchants has a deal with the
Russians to bring Palestinians into this explosives training program.
For instance, Palestinians would be brought in -- technically as members of the Chinese
(Taiwan) Army, even though they are Palestinians. They would hardly pass as "Chinese,"
but since nobody cares, it's a done deal. Al Martin Raw readers should understand that no
one asks any questions about any thing at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
In fact, there are two Palestinians being trained there now in "explosives." As mentioned
before, none of them are who they appear to be. It's all just convenience for paperwork.
In case the Redstone Arsenal gets investigated, they will claim, "No, these people are
legitimate; here's the paperwork."
Suddenly an Afghani guy named Mohammed Habib winds up being a Colonel Sven Larssen in the
Swedish Army. This is an actual case. And it shows just how ridiculous it is.
This deception at the Hazardous Devices School is really another School of Americas
story. The Friendly Colonel is being offered a $12,000 fee per person to fill out the
appropriate State department documents to allow people into the United States on green
cards for short stays - 30, 60, 90 day stays - and to enlist foreign nationals into this
program. What they're doing is using this program as a cover to bring people in to be
trained at the explosives school. The US State Department is actually conspiring with
foreign arms merchants and the governments they represent to allow hostile foreign
nationals to come to the United States using false documents to be trained at this
facility.
They're asking the Friendly Colonel if he would "hire" these people as "trucking agents."
(See previous story, Marshmallow Business Is Booming). To make this offer even more
appealing, the Colonel is guaranteed that "there will be no heat" - because the US State
Department is complicit. This is a standing offer to him from the State Department - to
provide false documents for these foreign nationals for $12,000 each.
Aiding in this enormous illegal covert operation of the United States Government, the
Colonel expects to make a million dollars by this time next year.
It is our opinion that these illicit operations at the Redstone Arsenal and adjoining
facilities - US Missile Command etc - now exceed the volumes of money and egregious
conduct of Iran-Contra itself. Now there are thousands of people involved making millions
of dollars.
At lunch, the brigadier general and others involved were all licking their chops at the
new F-22 Raptor program. They can't wait for that to get scaled up. There will be many
Chinese arms merchants who will supply fraudulent spare parts that don't work as usual.
They're looking at this program as "a fresh source to defraud more billions with the
Department of Defense with the complicity of senior officers through a complex offshore
network of arms dealers, not only foreign arms dealers, but cutouts for American
corporations that are producing components and systems for this aircraft.
The bottom line is that we are training individuals and foreign military personnel who
are hostile to the United States.
Al Martin Raw readers should also understand how the fraud is systemic, how the fraud is
all inter-connected, and how conspiratorial the fraud is, namely that it's all being
controlled by an elite group that runs through foreign governments, the Department of
Defense, and defense contractors.
Their agenda is clear - terrorism is good for business.
Terrorism pumps up everybody's budgets, especially defense, law enforcement,
interdiction, etc.
As long as we can keep "foreign terrorism" alive, everyone benefits -- the Department of
Defense, the CIA, Department of State, the National Security Agency and many others. They
can all ask for more money in their budgets by pointing to the "terrorists." We are in
effect augmenting that threat, making sure it stays alive and healthy, so that federal
agencies can be funded with ever-increasing amounts of money, especially those agencies
that do not have to account for the expenditures of those monies.
They don't have to account for the missing monies because even if they're nominally
supposed to account for their budgets they don't. Witness the missing $1.1 trillion from
the Department of Defense (See Rumsfeld Inherits Financial Mess)
The brigadier general who's in charge was actually concerned because he and his
associates (higher-ranking generals in the Department of Defense, who are committing
these frauds) have been notified by the foreign banks where they have deposits that their
deposits have grown to such enormous amounts of money that they are unmanageable. They
are being asked to transfer their money into other offshore illicit accounts. Some of the
banks they're doing business with are very small and obscure offshore banks that simply
can not handle such enormous flows of money.
But you can understand the enormity of the fraud, when you're talking about trillions of
dollars. This fraud is deep and systemic and involves a conspiracy of thousands of high
ranking military officers, high ranking State Department officials, Department of Justice
officials, CIA, National Security Agency officials, etc. and their "foreign
counterparts."
This is the "Very Real Vast Right Wing Conspiracy," which has never been called to
accounting.
Now the Russians are coming on board with the ABM missile treaty. It can be predicted
that the Russians will drop their objections to our development of an ABM system in
exchange for advanced US military technology, with which, by the way, we are already
supplying the Russians and covertly rearming them. That was just an offer on the table,
yet we are already supplying the Russians with US highly advanced technology. Like the
notorious School of Americas which trained foreign nationals in American torture,
interrogation and warfare techniques, the US State Department trains "terrorists.".
In the final analysis, though, nothing is new. The United States Government has covertly
sponsored these activities in the past, especially during "Iran-Contra" and "Iraq-Gate."
We virtually built the Iraqi military and there are many past correlations. For instance,
the US did not stop supplying Iraq with illegal weapons systems until three days before
the beginning of the Gulf War.
During "Iran-Contra," the US allowed the Sandinista regime to deal in narcotics so they
could generate revenues to purchase more East Bloc weapons in order to become a greater
threat to the US, so we could counter that threat by building the Contra Army in which
all sorts of fraud against the American taxpayers, corporations, security firms, and
banks could be hidden.
It is interesting to note that the Sandinista regime used two of the same companies to
purchase weapons for the Contras as well as the Sandinistas. These companies were
TransWorld Armaments Corp, based in Quebec City and owned by the infamous Immanuel von
Weigensburg and Defcon Industries of Lisbon, Portugal, a CIA-controlled arms merchant
cutout also controlled by Major General Richard V. Secord, as noted in the famous Lake
Resources lawsuit (United States v. Richard Secord, cv 1202-A 1991 Eastern District Court

Iraq Gate and Iran Contra are perfect examples of how similar these two operations are
compared to what's going on now. We are creating an enemy and we are also supporting
existing enemies for the purpose of enriching a small clique of defense contractors,
senior military and intelligence officers, and politicians on the right. We are financing
terrorism against us as well as attempting to rebuild Russia and then build China into a
new power under the concept that covert wars are very profitable.
The "Fight Against Terrorism" has done an awful lot for the Republican Party. And it has
enriched a lot of people and corporations.
The drumbeat against "terrorism" continues full speed ahead.

UPDATE - WORLD TRADE CENTER BOMBING
A special State Department Internal Security team from the political liability control
office was inserted quickly after the incident into the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville
Alabama.
The Demolition School has been shut down, and they are shredding documents as we speak.
As a matter of fact they have made an emergency request to the Department of Defense for
more shredders.
According to the general on the scene, the way the Feds are handling the situation is
that the Redstone Arsenal is now "locked up tighter than a bull's ass in fly season." And
there is a mass shredding party going on.
This guy Funderberg has been moved to an undisclosed location, so the media can't find
him. And everybody at the Redstone Arsenal that wore a towel on their heads isn't there
anymore. According to an on the scene report, the towel heads are reported to be lying
low…

U.S. GOVERNMENT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF EMERGENCY
AMERICA'S REICHSTAG FIRE

The most massive so-called "terrorist" attacks on U.S. soil since the Oklahoma City
bombings of 1995, were known, a week ahead of time, by the American CIA. Among the
foreign intelligence agencies who penetrated the plots were the French CIA and Israel's
The Mossad, units of both often working with one another.
Foreign intelligence sources confirm the validity of this story. And they state that they
informed the U.S. secret police who absolutely failed, neglected, and outright refused to
take action as to known prior specifics of which the top-level of the CIA were informed
in advance.
As made known to the CIA, were the following, among other details
[1] That George Herbert Walker Bush, as President, at the close of the Persian Gulf War,
1991, arranged to bring into the U.S. some four thousand Iraqi military officers, some
from intelligence units, and their families.
[2] Some 550 of these officers became residents in Lincoln, Nebraska, AND TWO THOUSAND OF
THEM took up residence in Oklahoma City. In a watered down story, CBS' "60 Minutes"
Program did a segment once on this about Lincoln, Nebraska but said NOTHING about the
Iraqi military officers in Oklahoma City.
[3] The financial and other provisions for them and their families were arranged by the
Elder Bush, and then quietly continued by Bill Clinton as President, and perpetuated by
George W. Bush as White House "resident" and "occupant". The arrangements included
financial subsidies, housing, and employment for the Iraqi officers.
[A brave Oklahoma City TV Reporter, Jayna Davis, on their local TV station, put on the
air several stories about the Iraqi connection to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah
Building, the bombing done with the aid of domestic dissidents as surrogates. A group
bought out the TV station and silenced her. Timothy McVeigh's chief defense counsel for
the murder trial, Stephen Jones, on behalf of McVeigh, filed an extra-ordinary petition
in the next higher court, just prior to the murder trial. To no avail, Jones tried to
force Denver U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch to compel the American CIA to disgorge
records held by them showing prior U.S. knowledge of the bombing, as confirmed by other
known records, some of them also in secret court records. We have a copy of the 185 page
U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit, petition filed by Jones and almost uniformly ignored
by the American monopoly press. The petition raises the Iraqi connection.]
[4] The foreign intelligence agencies informed the American CIA that guns would be
planted on-board as many as ten U.S. commercial airflights. This to be done by airplane
clean-up crew members who are generally not subject to airport security provisions. These
workers most likely did not know the purpose of the gun-planting.
[5] The CIA also was informed prior to the "terrorist" attacks scheduled for "911"
Emergency Day [September 11], that highly skilled Iraqi pilots, among the four thousand
Iraqi officers resident in the U.S., would take over the commercial flights, by
retrieving the weapons concealed onboard, and then commandeering the flight deck.
[6] The Elder Bush, Clinton, and George W. Bush, all were in a position to know that the
Iraqi officers that they provided for included some double-agents. The FBI
Counter-Intelligence Division at no time was instructed to do anything about these
double-agents in a position to commit mischief, murder, and mayhem, on U.S. soil.
[7] As I revealed a week prior to the "terrorist" attacks, some foreign television
networks were busy preparing lengthy documentaries that would scandalize George W. Bush
and other members of the Bush Family, including the Elder Bush and Jeb Bush. The subject
matter included how forty million dollars in dope funds were used by the Bush Family to
reportedly corrupt South Florida DEMOCRATS to abandon the recount even ahead of the U.S.
Supreme Court ruling installing George W. Bush as the "resident" and "occupant" of the
White House. The dope funds came reportedly from Bush Family business partner, Carlos
Lehder, co-founder of the U.S./Colombia medellin dope cartel. [Visit our website story,

[8] As part of the targetting of the World Trade Center buildings, a group of surrogates
for the Iraqi military officers, reportedly spent considerable time within one of the
buildings, with building security officers somehow oblivious of their presence.
[9] As the CIA top officials were informed and had prior knowledge, the purpose of the
"terrorist" attacks was to effectively paralyze the financial infrastructure of the U.S.
Some of the most important stock and bond houses in the world, with their key people
having loads of inside knowledge and hard to replace trading tricks and expertise, were
located in the known-to-be-targetted twin towers of the World Trade Center, New York
City. It was like blowing up the main "financial factory" and destroying their inventory.
The so-called "back-up" records kept parked across the river in New Jersey, are not only
inadequate but cannot help reconstruct various accounts and transactions in the works.
Financial experts tell us the "back up" records parked in New Jersey, may NOT be
sufficient to re-start the American financial apparatus. Some of the experts are loudly
grumbling that they should have early on seen Federal Reserve Czar Alan Greenspan on the
television explaining about the financial ramifications. Of course, some suppose that
Americans would panic and run out of control. So we are dealt with like little children.
[10] It is a serious mistake, according to savvy American and foreign intelligence
sources, to blame the Emergency all on Osama bin Laden. As readers of our website are
aware, we have long pointed out that bin Laden is reportedly in the Mid-East Construction
business. His reputed partners? The family of Sharon PERCY Rockefeller. She is the wife
of John D. Rockefeller 4th (D., W.Va.), great grandson of the founder of the infamous
Standard Oil Trust that used to bomb their own obsolete buildings to falsely blame onto
their competitors. Bin Laden's so-called "secret" accounts, which the White House has
