: WYOMING SHERIFFS PUT FEDS IN THEIR PLACE The courts are not doing anything unconstitutional... The sheriff has his citizens, although they are very few, im sure. And the United States/BATF has their VOLUNTARILY enumerated, social security citizens/persons, found "within the exterior boundaries" (dont you just love that phrase) of Wyoming, also called the State of Wyoming.. Nothing is done that wont pass constitutional muster... The 13th amendment did not prohibit VOLUNTARY servitude, at least as far as the feds are concerned. Do you pledge allegiance to the United States of America, or do you pledge allegiance to the united States of America? Given the principle of idem sonans, maybe Obama is correctly folding his hands during the pledge, since one does not know the entity receiving allegiance. The argument is made that the sheriff may be elected by the people but he takes his oath to the corporate State..
