Tony Blair lived from 1986 to 1997 in the same borough of London, Islington where one of the major pedophilia scandals was going on at the time. This is also where (in a restaurant there) he made the historic deal that made him Prime Minister. He was known as having come from Islington. Islington is not that large of a place.
