THE LIBERTARIANS IN MY COUNTY DID NOT TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN SUPPORTING RON PAUL

Leading up to Super Tuesday, the Libertarians in my county did very little to support Ron Paul's run for the Presidency. A Libertarian activist joined our Ron Paul Meetup Group, participated in a couple of events, and then resigned a couple of weeks before the Primary. Early on, we asked our Libertarian contacts to spread the word among their fellow constituents about the need to re-register as Republicans by January 22 if they wanted to vote for Dr. Paul in the California Primary. Because they did not take us up on our request, our team of Ron Paul volunteers found it necessary to call each registered Libertarian (approximately 800) to tell them about the re-registration deadline.
