IRISH KINGS (CELTIC PEOPLE) ... DESCENDENTS OF PRINCESS SCOTA OF ANCIENT EGYPT
Hi Raye, I have conducted some research re: the Celtic people and the Irish Kings over the years because I felt this was perhaps at the core of many things.. There are numerous articles available which suggest the people of Scotland and Ireland may be descendents of Princess Scota of ancient Egypt. Not only is Scot-land (Scota-land) believed to be named after Princess Scota, but Nova Scotia it has been said is also named after the Egyptian Princess. Those with generational bloodlines from the Celtic Isles and Nova Scotia may well be from this Pharaonic lineage. The Knight's Templar also have a connection here. Remember the Templar gold of Nova Scotia? http://www.legendarytimesbooks.com/product.php?productid=196
I have wondered if the battle of the factions might trace back to ancient Egypt. Some say ... all roads lead to Egypt. Many of us here at RMN sense a Celtic/Egyptian connection in our heritage ... past and present.

Note: Re Rayes comment: I have been told by many people that Mohammed Al Fayed is descended from the royal family of Egypt.
I also have been told by one who knows Mohammed Al Fayed personally that he is the 'Real King of Egypt' because of his royal lineage. I am pretty sure this is true. LH

According to Bower’s manuscript, Scota’s descendants were the high kings of Ireland. In her quest to discover the true identity of ‘Scota,’ as it was not an Egyptian name, she finds within Bower’s manuscript that Scota’s father is actually named as being Achencres, a Greek version of an Egyptian name. In the work of Manetho, an Egyptian priest, Evans discovers the translation of the name—the pharaoh Achencres was none other than Akhenaten, who reigned in the correct timeframe of 1350 BC.
Evans believes that Scota was Meritaten, eldest daughter of Akhenaten and Nefertiti. The third eldest daughter, Ankhesenpaaten, married her half-brother, King Tutankhamun, son of Akhenaten and his secondary wife, Kiya. The controversial religious shift to the god Aten caused conflict with the Amun priesthood, who reasserted their authority after Akhenaten’s reign ended and he disappeared from history. This conflict and the rumored deaths by plague would have been sufficient motivation for the pharaoh’s eldest daughter to accept a foreign prince in marriage, rather than being Tut’s wife as would have been normal protocol, and to flee from the conflicted country.
