Also this comment from me: What if a secret war is indeed going on, and we keep hearing about more and more undersea cables being cut in different parts of the world?
Larger question: Could this sort of activity also potentially and/or eventually affect U.S. (or Arab or Pakistani or Indian) military communications--in any way--throughout Asia, the MidEast, and No. Africa?

After I asked the question I looked up how funds transfers are done and found financial transfer also use the telecomunnication system as well. The area effected have been assisting the dark ones theft of funds as mentioned in C. Story's report. So cut the head off the snake and you know the rest. Things are realy getting hot out there.
