How Did Jerome Hauer Wind Up in Indiana?

My article, "The Key Players of 9-11 - Who is Jerome Hauer?" should raise some questions in the minds of readers. These questions lead to some very revealing answers.
One of the first questions that comes to mind when reading biographical sketches about Jerome Hauer is, "How did this highly-connected Zionist Jew from New York City wind up working in Indiana, in Zionsville, of all places?
Jerome Hauer, the Zionist New Yorker who moved to Zionsville - Indiana
Opensecrets.org shows that not only did Hauer work for the State of Indiana, but also that he was a very generous contributor to the campaign of Evan Bayh. He even made two $1,000 donations to Evan Bayh on the same day, September 19, 1995 – although Gov. Bayh was not even running for office at the time. What was this?
Sen. Evan Bayh delivers 23rd Roth Lecture at USC in 2005. The Roth Lecture Series at USC Law was established in 1979 by the Louis and Florence Cohen Philanthropic Fund of the Jewish Community of Los Angeles. Justice Lester W. Roth, a 1916 graduate of USC Law and presiding justice of the California Court of Appeal, was director of the L.A. Jewish Community Council. Roth passed away in 1992.
Bayh's second term as governor ended at the end of 1996, after which he became a private citizen.
Even more odd is Jerome Hauer's donation of $1,000 to Mel Carnahan, the Governor of Missouri, on April 19, 2000. Hauer, a Jew from New York City, working for a company in San Diego (SAIC), was donating to a candidate for the U.S. Senate from Missouri.
What was Hauer's reason to donate to Mel Carnahan in Missouri?
Gov. Mel Carnahan, a Democrat from Missouri, was running for the U.S. Senate against the incumbent Republican senator, John Ashcroft.
On Election Night 2000, Ashcroft became the first Senate incumbent ever defeated for re-election by a dead man.
On October 16, 2000, three weeks before the election and the night before a presidential debate to be held in St. Louis at Washington University, a twin-engine Cessna airplane piloted by the Governor's son crashed on a heavily forested hillside near Goldman, Missouri, about 35 miles south of St. Louis.
Hauer has long been a generous donor to Democrat candidates. According to Opensecrets.org, he has given more than $14,000 since 1993 – all to Democrats.
In 1996, however, this active and generous Democratic supporter was hired by the Republican mayor of New York, Rudy Giuliani to head the new Office for Emergency Management (OEM). Mayor Giuliani did not even know Jerome Hauer, according to the New York Times, but he hired this stranger to come from Indiana to run his new emergency management department? This does not make a lot of sense.
Why did Rudy Giuliani, the Republican mayor of New York, hire Jerome Hauer, a Democrat from Indiana who he did not even know, to run his new Office of Emergency Management? What are we missing here?
Why would the Republican mayor of New York hire a Democrat from Indiana to head such a critical office – a bizarre agency that he had established in the first place after taking it away from the NYPD? Why did he do that?
This gets back to my initial question, "How did Jerome Hauer Wind Up in Indiana?"
Hauer went to Indiana to work for the State of Indiana, which is very much controlled by a very wealthy family named Simon.
When Hauer went to work for Gov. Evan Bayh and the State of Indiana, the governor's father was on the board of directors of the Simon Property Group.
From my 2006 article on the Simon family connections to the Bayhs:
Birch Bayh, the former senator from Indiana, has been on the board of directors of the Simon Property Group since 1993 when his son, Evan, was governor of the state. The younger Bayh is now a U.S. Senator.
Birch Bayh
Diane Meyer Simon was director and administrator of the elder Bayh's senate office with whom she worked from 1968 to 1981. When Bayh was defeated in 1980, Diane Meyer married the billionaire Herbert Simon in 1981.
Diane Meyer, who ran Birch Bayh's office, later became Mrs. Simon
The Simon family of Indiana, and their minions, are all over 9-11. To get a better understanding of who the Simon family is, I recommend my article "9-11: Controlling the Message."
Lee Hamilton was not even a member of Congress when he served on the 9-11 Commission. Why was he on the commission? Who was he accountable to?
Lee Hamilton, for example, is a minion of the Simon family. Apart from corrupt politicians and strip malls, the Simon family has given the world such cultural delights as Porky's, which was greatly appreciated in Canada where it was one of the highest grossing movies in Canadian history.
Porky's, produced by Melvin Simon, was a big hit in Canada. Melvin, the Brooklyn-born founder of the Simon property company, owned a Hollywood production company and produced more than 20 films. Melvin Simon is remembered for such films as Porky's, Love at First Bite, and Zorro, the Gay Blade.
One might wonder how Lee Hamilton, as a retired congressman from Indiana, even came to serve on the 9-11 Commission as one of the chairmen. Ask the Simon family – they would know.
Why do these Simon's have such clout in Washington?
The Simon family, strong supporters of Zionist causes, the Clintons, and the Democratic Party, also own the Indiana Pacers basketball team. The campus of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis is named after Max and Mae Simon, the parents of Melvin, Fred, and Herb.
More notably, Simon has had business partnerships with both Larry Silverstein and the Australian-Israeli billionaire Frank Lowy, the leaseholders of the destroyed World Trade Center. In the late 1980s, Silverstein and Simon developed a mall in Manhattan together, and after 9-11, Simon teamed up with Lowy's Westfield America in an attempt to take over the prestigious retail properties belonging to Taubman Centers, Inc. of Detroit.
Silverstein and Simon both sit on the advisory board of the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute of Baruch College in downtown Manhattan.
