IT seems significant that, while the number of aids victims is actually dropping, 5 billion per year is being 'spent' on the problem. Just how much of this is actually used to genuinely research, or to aid victims. A small percentage, I suspect. My sense is that there is a well-established money-grabbing pattern here, and it is being promulgated by the same group in many countries. Every major crisis or challenge that can command big revenues is used as a vehicle for highly organised theft. Be it Katrina (where DID the bulk of the funding go?), AIDS, War in Iraq (billions unaccounted for), the Cancer Research industry (who really cannot now afford for a cure to be found)....well, build your own list from here! There are many examples. We are talking about a technique, promulgated by the elements of the New World Order to fund their own projects, and for straight forward personal enrichment. These are never small amounts of money, but either large single events, or lasting cash-flows that can be perverted. One project that always bothered me was the Millennium Dome, in the UK. Built, as a place of celebration, by an overseas contractor, at a price that I felt simply did not reflect anything like the cost (with profit) of the construction of what was, after all, a temporary building. One of Mr Blairs little NWO scams? Here's a technique you can use. Go to a quiet space, and focus on one of these big 'AID' or other crisis projects, or the like. Do you here a loud sucking noise in the background.......or is it just me? Any time that the money and its deployment does not make sense, that noisy syphon is at work. It is sucking funds (provided directly as charitable donations, or indirectly as taxes by YOU) that are claimed as being intended for good works, into some other hidden account. Offshore - of course! The moral is to keep your cynicism up! It is often far more accurate a navigator for truth than anything goverments might wish to tell you. Xavier Hermes
