Patriotic Lawyers Needed for Massive Class Action Suits
Incidents like this of the Mass Media trying to completely eliminate a particular candidate from their rightful place in the election process are just getting out of hand. The MSM is participating in a kind of election fraud here, and they are doing it in every way they can think of doing; and they must be stopped. What is needed is class action suits against which, whether won or lost, will help expose the media corporations' war against democracy in America.
Dan Rather has broken the ice with his lawsuit against the CBS corporation for being fired and muzzled over stories about G. Bush never fulfilling his National Guard responsibilities. Rather is heroic in his attempt to expose the corruption in the media. Now we need a dozen more such lawsuits on behalf of the American people over the media's coverup of 911 facts and figures, which ARE news, and for this media corruption of the election process.
In the case of 911 the media corporations have engaged in treason by aiding and abetting the real perpetrators of the 911 attacks. Anyone who has studied this knows that there is a mountain of evidence that the false cover story is false but for 6 years they have reported not a single bit of it. They are clearly working for the attackers themselves to ensure that those who really did it will escape justice. THAT IS NOT NEWS REPORTING: IT IS A CRIMINAL ACT.
As Chistopher Story points out often in his reports on the Wanta scandal, to KNOW of a felonly that ocurred and NOT to report it to the authorities IS ITSELF A FELONLY. This is called "misprision of felony." That is only one possible strategy to use in class actions suits against the media.
"The term misprision can also be applied in some legal systems to a wilful act or omission by a person who is involved in or has knowledge of the facts of a crime, which causes in the end result an innocent person to be punished for the crime; e.g., a frameup."
There is also this:
"One important jurisdiction where 'Misprision of Felony' is still a serious offense is United States Federal law. Under the United States Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter I, Section 4 [1]
"Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."
Things like these news corporations' pulling of polls showing widespread Ron Paul support can be considered fraud, I would think, direct interference in the election process to sink a certain candidate they don't like. It is outrageous and the corporations should be sued for it. If they bother to post just polls in the first place they should be required not to falsify the results and to stick to the results whether they like them or not.
[I realize that a cynical person could well argure that such class action suits against the falsifying propagandistic corporate news will never work because America is no longer a land under the rule of law. But we can't just give up and stop trying and accept this dictatorship. One way or another we must re-establish the Constitution as the law of the land].
By covering up the truth and the hundreds of questions about the 911 attacks the media is giving aid and comfort to our enemies. The enemies are those who organized and carried out the attacks. By aiding and abetting those criminals through a complete ban on 911 truth and questions they are comitting treason against America and this needs to be brought forward in a court of law via dozens of class action lawsuits against them. A few good lawyers could make a hell of a case.
I salute Dan Rather's lawsuit and those it may inspire. Dan isn't in it for the money, he has plenty I'm sure. He wants the world to know that the news corporations are corrupting the news and acting as propagandists, not news organizations.
I am ignorant in the field of law but I feel there are a hundred things that could be done to bring this issue to the fore via lawsuits. As far as 911 goes a huge case could be made by simply comparing what is on the Internet (a form of The People's News) and what is on the corporate news. Are there any idealistic lawyers out there who could take up this challenge? Perhaps we should all write to the ACLU about this? Who else?
As a tiny example, it seems every person who participated in these online polls should have a legitimate grievance when the results are skewed or pulled altogether. They were promised a vote and then denied that vote. Legal issues aside (how to prove you voted? Perhaps through their records which prevent double voting?
Class action suits against the media corporations would help bring all the issues of a free press forward into the public mind.
