Recently, I posted several articles highlighting how President Putin was displaying his air power on a global scale. He has been demonstrating he has military force and power and was one to be reckoned with.

I have noted over the years that President Putin seems to be a brilliant strategist and may be one of the more balanced leaders on the world scene. I do not believe Putin would encourage a global war at this time. However, he may be stepping forward with his tour de force to show he is quite capable of 'taking action' if some in global leadership positions display imbalanced (insane) actions by attempting an attack on Iran.
Rayelan has been telling us for years Faction 1 and Faction Two (also Faction Three) express themselves 'globally'. This includes Russia. The Chinese Secret Society may be working with Faction Two from within China. Also, Rayelan has mentioned the Navy works on a global scale as well, aligning their military actions with other countries.
I have said before I thought some of the U.S. Naval carriers in the gulf were positioned there to 'stop' an insane move on Iran. Some of the Naval leadership will be working with Faction Two. I do NOT believe Faction Two supports WW3.
We have also read the Pentagon keeps replacing Commanding U.S. Naval Officers stationed on carriers in the Gulf because when push comes to shove the Commanding Officers are not supporting the war with Iran. Why? Because it is an insane move which would cause World War 3 and what some call Armageddon. No one wins with a scenario like this.
I also recently received and posted an interesting comment from one of our insightful readers who often has an interesting perspective. We know in the last few months there were two Rothschilds who died. They were at the top of the family power structure.

Hi, the general thought being Romanov is trying to gain rulership as the Pindar which is the Penis of the Dragon. Rothschild is losing ground. Windsors making plays also as they still correlate much of China.

Research indicates there are 13 ruling Illuminati families in positions of power on the planet. The title of Pindar is given to the global leader with the most power. It is said symbolically the Pindar represents the top of the pyramid (ie. control, creation, penetration, expansion etc.).
Rayelan has mentioned when Faction One (Rothschilds) made their play for power at the beginning of the twentieth century, the royal families of the Habsburgs and the Romanovs were deposed. It is my understanding the deposed royals created Faction Two ... and it has always been their goal to reclaim the 'mantle of power' in the world.
Could this latest move by President Putin be interconnected with this plan for those aligned with Faction Two to reclaim the reigns of power? I do not know ... I am just sharing some of the observations I have been making over the years. I have always had an interest in 'the Factions', and everything Rayelan has written on this subject. This received my attention because I believe this to be a significant factor in directing the future of humanity. There may also be an alien or that which is called 'Gallactic factor' here as well at the highest levels. There is much to this drama in play ... perhaps not all of this story is 'terrestrial'.
One other thought (more may follow) takes into account what GoldenEagle posted today re: Putin's new appointment to the position of: 'federal financial monitoring service'. My sense is this most recent move by President Putin 'initiating a massive transition in power of his government' ... is (as NeverSurrender has suggested) a move which will have significance in the global arena. It is my hope and prayer this transition in the Russian government does not precede a war with Iran but instead will assist a global shift in power (away from Rothschilds, F-1) which might work for the sovereign good of nations and humanity.
We really are not sure what is transpiring here, but we know this is a significant move on the part of President Putin of Russia ... one day after 9-11.

We will all keep our eyes and ears open ... as this drama unfolds. The outcome can be positive. And, as Rayelan has said: 'things can change in the blink of an eye'.
