Our friend Barrie is in jail for standing up and taking on the IRS. He lost his battle.

I know you want to know what happened. I lost, that’s the bottom line. The jury found me guilty and right now I’m sitting in Newago County jail in White Cloud Michigan. My address for those of you who care to write me is:

As you can well imagine, circumstances have created massive changes in my life and this letter is coming to you via my good friend John Herbig. He will be the one source I will use. He has access to and is using my list.
My situation is that I will be in Newago for the next two or three months. After my sentencing, which will be before Judge Bell on the 25th of September, I will be moved to another facility, probably closer to Susie. But there is no guarantee.
Right now there is no way, other than using psychic ability to say how long I will be in jail. I could be locked up for a year or three years or longer, and of course lot of factors coming together will determine the length of my sentence.
You could, if you choose, help out in getting me a lesser sentence by writing a personal letter to the judge. I am told that what you say will influence his decision.

My obvious advice is, don’t do what I did. The system will not allow you to take a stand for freedom. It will not allow you to state that your labor and the fruit of your labor is your property and cannot be taken away from you. In other words, don’t do what I did. You cannot win in court. Yes, I know that over the years several people have won, but they are the exceptions. If you try to do what I did, the outcome is assured.
Now, things could change. Something could happen to trigger a release. People like yourself, all across the country could come together once a month, at the new moon, and stand in front of Federal Court Houses all around the country. But only if you will make it happen. However, why should you?
The reason you should seek to come together once a month on the first day of the new moon, is not to get me out of jail, although that would be nice, it is to come together to change reality.
Look, I’m in jail, accused of breaking a law that doesn’t exist. A law that the Judge said he was going to expose to the jury. Well, the judge never gave the jury the law, but he told them one existed! I asked the jury to demand the law in writing from the judge. Obviously they didn’t, and here I sit.
We live under the illusion, in a counterfeit reality. I’m in jail, looking at spending many years here, because I said that my labor, my money, that I earn is mine. And the government said “No, we will take from you what we want, you can have what is left.”
They, the government gets away with this because we allow it. It’s that simple.
Now, if you will gather once a month in front of every Court House in the country, soon your numbers will grow and you can take your person back. You can only get your person back if and when we, as a unit, become responsible for our actions, all of them.
Without a doubt, I am responsible for putting myself in jail. I did it all. Now there is only one thing to do, recreate myself in the grandest image that I hold of myself. And do this each and every day.
Now, I want to change the tone of this letter and tell you a little of a glimmer of hope that has come my way. Last week a new person was transferred into my room from St. Louis prison in Michigan. His name is also John. John has been in jail for two years, and through his efforts he has been able to effect major changes in St. Louis.
The first night he was here he began talking about the 12 hundred plus Souls at St. Louis and that immediately got my attention. He referred to them as Souls, not prisoners, inmates or persons, but Souls. Then he went to a bible to explain something to several of my roommates who’s attention he had gotten. He began turning to the Gospel of John and I said “John 10:34”. That stopped him in his tracks. Then I said, “John 10:34” references back to Psalm 82, verse 7 and he was even more astonished than me. He, like me had never met anyone who had found these two bible verses and understood what they meant, and that knowing about this could change everything.
Well, you can imagine that after that we hit it off and began talking a lot. It seems that in St. Louis Prison a group of ten souls came together and from the original 10, the movement has grown to over 300. Each of these souls are now being taught the truth about who they are. This movement of souls is now expanding, not only in St. Louis, but throughout the system as souls are transferred from one facility to another.
In St. Louis the souls have gotten all the factions in the prison to sit down and talk to each other. The result is that violence has greatly diminished and a new paradigm based upon an awareness of oneness and a consciousness on love is being established.
As the new paradigm has been established they have come together and gathered in silence to make their demands known to the administration. This has resulted in massive changes at unprecedented speed. Things are changing in St. Louis quickly, very quickly. This gives me hope.
Just by happenstance Susie sent me some books. Among them was Conversations with God, Book 1 and The New Paradigm. Both were quickly read by John. By the time he leaves here his mind will be open to new possibilities and when he gets back to St. Louis, he will be armed with more tools to effect changes.
He and I have been educating others in this jail and from here, they will go throughout the system. Yes, one never knows. Who would have guessed? I know I couldn’t have, could you?
