It is my opinion that we are looking at an event that is a spill-over of the world-wide battle that is going on whose scope is to start/ stop the WWIII and other procedures in course that are targeting the humanity as a whole.

and to do it has a need of a nuclear device, then it must be expected that it is much easier to use a local one, instead of importing it from abroad, not only because of the advanced monitoring systems in use worldwide, but also because that the highest commanding levels of opposing sides reside inside the U.S.
