Hi, I don't know if anyone wrote in already to answer the question, is there a
way to always monitor one's PH.. So, I"m writing to say YES< there is... one
web site pointed out that you can go to any pet store, fish store, or pet
dept. in a dept. store, like Walmart, and purchase Ph testing strips which are
for testing the Ph of fish tank water.
I did this, used a whole package, and it was very interesting and helpful.
The particular brand that I bought also tested ammonium or nitrogen levels, and
mineral solids or somethings like this. I certainly noticed that the ph was
much better when I ate the recommended alkaline producing foods. It would also
be acidic if I ate the acid forming foods. There are plenty of websites to
explain all of this. Also, some of the websites sell the Ph strips. They use
urine samples to test ph of urine...
