Pacific-North American Plate Stress Update MT Observations Taken at 10:00 UTC

Hello all:
The latest observation are indicating a number of MT excursions have taken place
during the past 24 hours, which began just prior to the M6.3 earthquake
epicentered in the Gulf of California. The latest excursion was detected at
10:27 UTC. These are atypical, and in negative territory when compared to those
of the past. It's similar to a piezo-magnetic pulse with a large negative
polarity. For a couple of hours prior to the M6.3 seismic event, a high
frequency ULF burst was also detected. The duration of these MT excursions
remains very short at approximately one second. Possibly it's related to the
recent seismic activity in the Gulf of California, and the nucleation process as
stress moves further north along the plate boundary and into Southern
California. This is something new to report, and it needs to be monitored very
carefully.

Hello all:
Another Earthquake Storm along the Pacific Plate is active. The latest incident
was a strong M6.3 seismic event epicentered in the Sea of Cortez in offshore
Baja California. I've noticed a change in the energy level, which began on
August 24, 2007. A number of small, moderate and large magnitude earthquakes
have occurred since that observation, and within the zone of where it is stated
to be at the highest stress level(Gulf of CA), according to the frequency of the
fundamental infrasonic resonant harmonics, which preceded them. The EPR is
undergoing transformation, and becoming more dangerous. Southern California is
long overdue for having its next catastrophic earthquake along the Pacific-North
American Plate Boundary. A region with maximum nucleation of stress (NSE)
includes the San Jacinto Fault Zone in the Inland Empire, which acts as the
pressure relief valve for the Southern San Andreas Fault Zone.
These incidents are anticipated to escalate in severity as we approach Solar
Cycle 24.

The Pacific Ring of Fire which contains the
area of the West Coast of North America
has shown signs of future earthquake events.
California, especially in the Bay Area, namely
San Francisco and Oakland has shown the
greatest stress. This is due to the quakes in
the Philippines, Indonesia, Chile, Hawaii,
Japan and next should be in this area. If you
would like to read the following, please forgive
the wordiness. I was recovering from a case
of swimmer's ear and I could have made it
shorter.

and spirits. I am doing fine and looking forward

The earthquake signals seem to be stuck on hold
for right now. The initial and main signal of the
month of July 2007 were, to say the least, very
interesting for the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area.
The initial signals once again showed us a strong
indicator that we would be subjected to a large
quake in the magnitude range of seven plus or
greater. This has happened before and would
suggest that the Big-One is looming out there in
the future. The initial signals were however,
strong for the area of the Easy Bay Hayward fault
lines which is part of the San Andreas fault system.
If a large quake occurs anywhere in the Bay Area,
I'm sure that any place close to these faults will be
affected. The U.S.G.S., has damage assessments
for certain areas as well as directly under specific
faultlines. The West Coast from Baja California all
the way to Alaska should be on alert due to the large
amount of activity on the Pacific Ring of Fire. Some
would tell you because of the quakes on the Ring of
Fire, we are OVERDUE ! I can only hope that I
will get the last signals before it happens. With the
larger quakes we see more signals than at other
times. The saying, "The bigger the quake, the
longer the wait," applies to frequency in the signals
that are received. A larger quake will give off initial
and main signals long before the event. Smaller
quakes give off main signals just days before, whereas
larger quakes will give off initial signals many times and
many months before it breaks loose. For reference on
main and initial signals go to "COLES Method." A
quick look at signals; Initial signals are build-up,
background signals. Main signals are indicators that
give us region, location, magnitude, date window and
most likely dates when it will occur. I personally expect
to see a large to great quake in the next nineteen months.
I can't tell where until the last main signals are received.
I hope that you will be ready. I will do my best to have
the forecast posted on at least two, if not more websites.
