You mentioned that your late husband told you all lions are related. Here's another one. Blessed Cardinal Clemens August Graf von Galen, the "Lion of Munster", Germany. He was beatified on 09 October 2005. His motto was "Neither praise nor fear." He lived from 1878 to 1946. He was under house arrest from 1941 to the end of World War II for speaking out against Hitler's policy of gassing handicapped people. Thank you for this thread. I think it's important for people to know about Cardinal Graf von Galen. He stood his ground in defense of people who could not defend themselves.
