ISRAEL'S GOVT."MANAGING" ENTEBBE 1976 AND THE FOLLOWING WHITEWASHING ON THE WEB
As the July 5th marked the 30th anniversary of Operation Entebbe, the gutsy rescue of hostages by Israeli commandos, more interesting happenings occur.
Common sense would tell us the Israeli secret services clearly had infiltrated the PFLP and could use that construct up to their will. This seems to be a common pattern for ALL secret agencies as by doing so their "masters and commanders" have it in their hands to let some more 'error happen or to crush it right in it's tracks.
And there comes into sight some another important device for manipulating public oppinion: As Google and Wiki have become the most popular encyclopedias for gaining information nowadays - it should be not far fetched that you will see the emerging of some "hidden hands" on those sites - making the necessary "corrections" towards the one and only proper "truth". By omitting and deleting uncomfortable facts.

While researching my next article about the Lockerbie bombing, I witnessed an incident that made me wonder whether intelligence agents had infiltrated Wikipedia.
Anyone who knows the universal success of Wikipedia will immediately grasp the importance of the issue. The fact that most Internet search engines, such as Google, give Wikipedia articles top ranking only raises the stakes to a higher level.
In the aftermath of the Lockerbie bombing in 1988, the finger of suspicion quickly pointed to a Syria-based Palestinian organization -- the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, General Command (PFLP-GC) -- hired by Iran. The terrorist group was created by a former Syrian army captain, Ahmed Jibril, who broke away from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in 1968.
I had learned from a recently released U.S. National Archives file that Shin Bet, the Israeli Security Agency, had infiltrated the PFLP and helped the Entebbe hijackers (Israeli commandos rescued the hostages in Uganda in 1976), so I wanted to learn more about the link between the PFLP and the PFLP-GC. I also wanted to learn more about allegations made by David Colvin, the first secretary of the British Embassy in Paris, concerning the rather bizarre collaboration between the PFLP and the Shin Bet.
As I could not locate the article in which I had learned about the allegations, I consulted the article on the Entebbe Operation on Wikipedia, where I knew the story had been noted. To my surprise, I found that all references to the alleged collaboration between the PFLP and the Shin Bet had been suppressed. Moreover, it is no longer possible to edit the page....
Even if BBC's reporter Dan Parkinson writes that...
"The operation was designed to torpedo the PLO's standing in France and to prevent what they see as a growing rapprochement between the PLO and the Americans."
Anyhow, the recent leakings of parts of what really might have happened at Entebbe in 1976 provoked an interesting series of "fixing followups", shortly after:
A "letter" has emerged out of nowhere, written by the only Israeli military death in the raid, Col. Yoni Netanyahu, brother of Bibi. Yoni was reportedly "shot by hostile fire from the airport tower, as he was waving the rescued hostages over the tarmac towards one of the Israeli rescue planes". Perhaps it went unnoticed, but one of the Israeli mission's objectives at the Entebbe airport has been to secure the overlooking tower at the beginning of the operation. As this is the most crucical strategic position this would make sense, anyhow - at least I would have done it if I would have been commander of one of those units...
And what might be even more telling - read and wonder - the Entebbe Old Airport will be turned into an "aviation museum" after the Commonwealth meeting in November...
"We plan to capitalise on the history surrounding the building to turn it into a kind of aviation museum, with the raid on Entebbe as the main attraction."
Along with such striking headlines it will be a lot easier to hammer the official "truth" again into the heads of the consumers of news and make them forget about those loonatic "conspiracy-nuts" - that are, nevertheless, based on official government informations.
If you want to convince them - simply open another "museum" - that'll help, for sure. I think you know that pattern.
Jurassic Park, anyone? ;-) It's highest time that those Dinosauruses of propaganda and falsifying are removed from their hold over history! From exactly that "his-story" they have been making up for much too long, already...
