Hi Rayelan,

It starts to come together. The following is reproduced from a UK
magazine called Private Eye , the 10th August edition. I get the paper
edition delivered , not much of it is on their site.

The Veterinary Laboratories Agency , an executive arm of the new
department for environment , food and rural affairs , has advertised in
the Cumberland and Westmoreland Herald for scientific assistants and

laboratory attendants to work in Penrith using the ELISA testing process, the method used to check animals for foot and mouth disease.

The posts are described as full-time .... on a one-year fixed term
appointment with the possibility of permanancy or extension. Could this
be an indicacion that DEFRA now believes foot and mouth is endemic in
British livestock and that we won't be getting rid of it in a hurry , if
indeed ever ?

It fits in with my theory that the objective is to kill all the sheep in
Great Britain. At the beginnning they were killing cattle but now it
seems to be exclusively sheep and a few goats. Seeing as they slaughter
all livestock within miles of one alleged case, it will not take
millions of cases to achieve their objective.

All this for an epidemic that was supposed over by June, I wonder if
the idiot who predicted it mentioned the year as well by any chance.

There is also a story in the same edition about a farmer who noticed
that the tongues of his slaughtered animals had been removed. The theory
put forward was that the slaughtermen , who are making fortunes , are
deliberately spreading the disease to help line their own pockets. This
may or may not be the case but it would fit in well with what I perceive
to be the rationale behind it all.

You have to remember one thing from the start of this. The sample that
was removed from Porton Down. This place has to be just about the best
guarded place in the country. Otherwise the country/government would be
in the dock for breaking all the biological warfare treaties it has ever
signed plus it is just plain dangerous for any of this stuff to go
missing. The thought of animal activists or even terrorists breaking in
and finding the the right phial or test tube in the right fridge in the
right room is laughable. Perhaps they will blame Saddam Hussein or
Gaddafi if they ever admit that anything was stolen.

As for poor Tony Blair , I suspect he has absolutely no idea what is
going on , but then he has had no idea of anything since he achieved his
one and only objective of becoming Prime Minister. One of the few people
on the planet to get everything he wants , life must be empty for him
now. He will just have to console himself with that dreadful woman he
married and I am not a mysogonist if you are wondering.

Maybe the preparations in the States for something similar are linked to
these downer cows that keep cropping up in various articles. Heaven help
you all if it is
