I feel it is important to discuss neurological mind assault technologies. They, the
Conspirators, are making phenomenal progress with this technology. They are
forever refining and up-grading the technology and as important, doing the same
for their techniques with the technology. I say this from personal experience.
To not have readers also fully focused on this technology and up to speed with
its issues, is analogous to being in DOD in 1941 while being convinced that the
Japanese have yet to fly an airplane if you get the Pearl Harbor analogy.
It is in this spirit that I provide this information. These people have
“plans” for this technology. You don't want to be surprised if and when they
reach that point.
What your reader experienced is called V2K : “ Voice-to-skull”. They use the
technology to excite SPECIFIC neuron circuits in her auditory cerebellum , and
she “hears” voices inside her mind. And since she sees no one and SHE is not
aware of this technology….her email shows what can happen as a minimum.
Millions are aware of this technology. Thousands have been trying to fight it.

I have done this analysis. The anaysis also says:

"authorities" worldwide by TI victims, there has been virtually no real
positive response.

Why to a person these people, who theoretically enter such field of protecting
human right standards and individual rights, and who in theory and past
experiences are usually very passionate about these principles; why are they
all failing to act?
What are the odds? All these “independent” people and not one meaningful
response? Read on.
There are several possibilities.
1. The Conspiracies are so very true

America. The Rockefellers also directly or indirectly financed the Cowles
Brothers' "Look magazine" and a chain of newspapers. They also financed a man
named Sam Newhouse to buy up and build a chain of newspapers all over the
country. And the late Eugene Myer, one of the founders of CFR, bought the
"Washington Post," "Newsweek," the weekly magazine, and other publications. At
the same time; the CFR began to develop and nurture a new-breed of scurrilous
columnists and editorials-writers such as Walter Lippman, Drew Pearson, the
Alsops, Herbert Matthews, Erwin Canham, and others of that ilk who called
themselves "Liberals" who proclaimed that "Americanism" is "isolationism;" that
"isolationism" is "war-mongerism;" that "anti-communism;" is "anti-semiticism"
and "racism." All that took time of course; but today our entire press, except
for some local and small town weeklies published by patriotic organizations, is
completely controlled by CFR stooges
Conclusion: They have methodically applied their organizational and control
skills to all these other institutions we have written to. They may even have
intentionally used individuals who’s psychological profiles make them
unsuitable for such positions. They are that diabolical.
I will lump the conspirators all together and call the CONSPIRING COHORT

virtually no positive response, is evidence for the Truth of those stated
Conspiracies.

from the Conspirators using these same neurological technologies and other

Then there is the religious aspects
3a. There is the general notion out there that these activities form part of a
world evangelization, Judeo-Christian world domination that is suppose to
happen. Which good Judea-Christian would not want to support this effort much
less much less be obstructive or outright antithetical to this effort?
Of course such methods are immoral, deceptive, Fascist even, at the point of
invasion of person, coercion and duress. These methods do not conform to the
teachings, practice and examples of Jesus. Apparently many are easily fooled on
this point or this point has not been made clear to them. They would much
rather be part of a power movement, as happened in Germany during the Nazi era.
And this is even more so when the individuals are “bought” by being given
such “power activities” as being perps (perpetrators) and organizing around
the “perp-activites”
Take people in their normal hum-drum lives , these perp activities will be a
tremendous ego-boost to be chosen over moral principles especially when the
individuals were never really firmly rooted in those conscience, human rights,
individual rights and personal character issues.
3b. Many, from Traditionalist to Fundamentalist religious views, uncritically
see these as end-time Revelation activities. Some point at these activities and
try to use them as evangelization tools. Others actively participate in the
perp-activities. Either way, from their own belief system, being passive or
active are both on the negative, “do-not-do” side of the issue. Silence is
acquiescence.
There is even this from the Roman Catholic Catechism
675 Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial
that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies
her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the "mystery of iniquity" in the form of a
religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the
price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of
the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of
God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.
Now, this technology and its usage in originates the top elite sections of
our societies. It has to when viewed against the tremendous resources
required.
Hence Church Authorities MUST be aware of this activity. Common sense says
so.
I was told there was nothing in the Catechism that indicates that the Church
should have "a willing part in this deception", So why is the Church not
adamantly out against it. Anyone using this US Government’s neurological mind
assault technologies is like glorifying themselves as to being God’s stand-in,
who was previously the only that could do as was done unto Samuel? ( V2K) Just
as the Catechism says And that this is deception, when you are doing V2K
activities (these are among the simplest) and this is highly classified and
intentionally suppressed, this is deception.
There is also deception since these are not the type of activities Jesus would
approve of. But we still cannot get all these officials to act on our charges
and complaints.
So there, you see that this “Revelations” aspect to the technology and its
religious related usage is very potent
And of course there are all the other denominations with their own particular
views. It will be a struggle to try and help them keep things straight. “ We
are innocent victims, we are not suppose to be a part of this. We are not the
Real Church being persecuted . So why is this happening to US?”
Why ? Because some Conspiring Cohort Conspirators of the ‘global elite” have
figured this will give them card blanc power with which they can get the
population to comply by using all these point stated.
So every denomination, people from every denomination engage in these nefarious
activities, the activities said to be of the 666 Beast from Revelation , while
at the same precise time they schizophrenically point to this, that and others
as being that Beast
You point this schizophrenic contradiction out to them, and it doesn’t make a
difference. They just continue. So strong is the hold that this equipment and
activities have on them.
In summary, under religion we have two aspects causing people to not act on
these violation and to even give tacit or outright support for these individual
human rights violations:
a) Evangelization ( spreading the faith, increasing the numbers and awareness)
b) Revelation, end-time fulfillment for Judeo-Christians and even Muslims or
Isaiah fulfillment for some Jews; and all manner of “secret” fulfillment for
those of the secret societies Masonic and others.
The Muslims are to be included for their is evidence of their involvement since
the May 1979 Bilderberg meeting in Austria. Further, there is this: the 9 11
terrorists and Al Qaeda come , directly or indirectly from the Islam branch
funded by Saudi Arabia. They know this and are still funding such Mosques in
the West and elsewhere. And knowing all this the Western governments and
agencies have taken no organized countermeasures as finding sources that will
pushing/funding Islamic mosques with a views that are less extremist, more pro
individual rights, more pro- “ There is no compulsion in religion,” (surah 2,
256 from the Koran)
We know these Western elites have the smarts and organization to do all these
countermeasures, but they are not doing them. Must be a reason, a self-serving
reason: They need a certain level of “terrorist” activities to justify their
agendas and to ensure their program that helps maintains their hold on power.
The CT’s are essentially true. I am sure there was some CIA analyst way back
in the late 60’s to 70’s fresh out of grad school who was saying just that:
“ We must organize/support a special and popular Islamic authentically rooted
in the Koran, as counter to the extremist brand of Islam”, but his report got
squashed by the “we-know-stuff-you-don’t-know” higher-ups and done in such a
way as to not draw suspicion. I just “know” this.
Then there are the mass–psychology factors that produces the “ No response
being discussed.

inclined not to stand-up against it. And remember, all the other religious,
duress above aspects are simultaneously at play. It form an intricate web of

Names like Patsy, Monika ( the mother of St. Augustine) are dead giveaways.
Illuminati symbols and numeral like 3, 333, 7, 777, 666 444 etc are also
giveaways. These numerals also have religious connotations

in Jerusalem. That is one reason the American hostages were held for 444 days
by the Iranians.
Of course, we are saying, they can still have all their religious symbols
without violating our rights, but the CCC would intentionally not want the
people to be aware of this.
In fact , they would intentionally sell the mis-information” If you fight our
, CCC’s, abuse of rights activities you are fighting against religion” It
takes a conscious individual not to buy this.
4b Mass bonding activities
This is what they so effectively did in Nazi Germany. We all remember school
days when someone would come-up with some silly phrase and it would catch-on
like wildfire. Just part of being human. Well, they will do exactly this.
Encourage all sorts of silly things that have nothing really do with anything.
Call a TI for example a negative name and try to everyone to do the same, even
if there is absolutely no evidence for any of this.
But these activities are not benign. They produce a population trained and
reinforced in ways of abuse, viciousness and outright wickedness, ways on
no-conscience. So, the people weave there individual stories into the larger
basket that is spiraling its way into hell, for a society trained and
reinforced in the ways of abuse, viciousness and outright wickedness is but a
society in a living hell. And all this is not mere “theory”. Abu Ghraib did
occur.
