Or, on the other hand, do all his rights come from his government and does his security depend solely upon the privileges which that government sees fit to grant him ?
These are the two essential conceptions of individual rights which have been fighting in this world during the past thousand years. They met on the battle front in the recent war and the issue was decided in favor of our system.

Recently, we discussed this document, obtained by her and validated through her sources. On the subject of Wanta and this damning information, in return I sent this query:
Leo Wanta has sent you information indicating that he was a Director of Citibank ?
Is it true ? Is it factually true ? I've never heard that revealed as a matter of public record. Or are there "secret" Treasury-badge holders who are directors of these giant banks that and they are not disclosed to the public ? Just maybe he was one of them ?
I cannot recall Mr. Christopher Story ever telling "us" that The Good Sir Leo was a director of a major banking house, much less the predecessor of Citigroup. That would seem to be a fact that is rather germane.
Then again, suddenly, there's Tom Heneghan, out on his rumpus and fired by Cloak & Dagger on the worldwide web.
My theory: the various Story stories have at least a nugget of truth in them and Mr. L. Wanta has been wronged by the Wisconsin Tax Gestapo, and he has a stack of "pay orders" which are so high and which have been unresolved for so very long that if he doesn't get ahold of the $ 27.5 Trillion which he is alleged to be owed, he will never be able to make good on any of these pay orders [ the sums these orders encompass surpass $ 4.5 Trillion ].
Let's just say that the "Four Point Five" number is finally honored and that he does see the money flow into an account which his lawyer friend can access by his Power of Attorney, one day soon:

I believe everyone should give some serious thought about WHY the Presidential Orders given to Ambassador Leo Wanta, Col. Gunther Russbacher, and Col. Russell Herrman for their "Projects" -- were 'stolen' and parallel accounts set up ... back during the years of 1987-89.
Then we had the 1991 Bank Failures and Brady Bonds which resulted in the World Trade Center incident, which [then] brought about a 'bogus' war with Iraq [the secular Arab country which was not implicated in the September 11th events].
All of these men were executing Presidential Orders ... but from appearances THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS had the PRESIDENTS going another direction setting up HOWARD HUGHES TYPE UMBRELLA CORPORATIONS which were operating under Treaties International Agreements other than treaties such as Tias 12087, and they operated with DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY priviliges ... and were above all law. Indeed, they thought they were the Law ... but to be sure of their protections, they bought every U.S. House Member, Judge, Attorney, President that the over 80,000 JACK ABRAMOFF TYPE lobbyists could buy. And for an extra layer of protection, they threatened and they blackmailed and even went so far as to murder .... anyone they feared might exposes them.
So, what is it all for ?? So that the CHINESE communists could obtain access to the CLINTON WHITE HOUSE and the CLINTONS then sold this country out.
On the other hand, we have a president's son, who went to China, worked in CHINAS banking, created the same situation with some of China's banks, one that closely resembled THE S&L CRISIS of the late 1980s, which both you and I wrote about.
Where is all of this going? It is REAL enough.
