He's the current President of the European Council of Princes, comprised of the 'de jure' leaders of many countries (versus the 'de facto' leaders of those countries). He is 'de jure' Prince of Scotland. He's head of the House of Stewart; also Grand Master of the Royal Order of the Guard of St. Germain, originally formed of Knights Templar and others, with the purpose of safeguarding the Scots Royal Family in exile and their household.
