I want to thank my supporters who have helped me in so many ways to face the legal predicament I find myself after being attacked and TASERed by three undercover cops last August 15.
Brutally tackled and TASERed while restrained in front of my wife and 8-year-old daughter and then denied drinking water or medical attention, I realized as I lay in the cell cradling my newly fractured elbow that something was very wrong with what the undercover police and their uniformed colleagues were up to at my house that evening.
I soon learned that many lies and accusations would soon be thrown at me. My case is like a microscopic model of what is going on in the USA today - lies have taken over and very few will stand up for the Truth.
To add insult to injury (but as a necessary part of a criminal cover-up) the Hoffman Estates police arrested me and gave false testimony resulting in two criminal charges against me: 1) resisting arrest, and 2) aggravated assault against a peace officer.
My trial begins on May 31st at 9 A.M. in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Third Municipal District, at 2121 Euclid in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The room number is 107 where my case is to be heard by the Hon. Hyman I. Riebman.
It is important that as many people as possible attend this trial. It is also important that those who are concerned about my case contact the local authorities and express their concerns.
