Re: ABC DELETED MY FRIEND'S POST-- SHE JUST RE....
UNBELIEVABLE -- Now ALL the posts are gone. I thought that perhaps there was some sort of time limit or space limit, so I checked the Paris Hilton story on their home page--213 comments at this writing and the earliest posting was May 5.
It is now technically May 9, so obviously my theory about space or time restrictions is wrong.
I don't have a PC, so the best I can is copy and paste:

While it's easy to cheer about this drain on humanity being locked up, she is getting another "fix" on her addiction: publicity. The judge should have stipulated no reporters, photographers, or interviewers of ANY type near the jail.

It's not her fault she's rich. It's your fault, it's society's fault. America has a tendency to guy from the big guys and give money to the people who are already rich. She's young - she's having fun. I'm surely not condoning her actions. And, she probably won't go to jail either. All I'm saying is: 1. A spoiled rich kid is not her fault - if you're jealous, stop reading those mags that my wife reads all the time and don't glorify stars - glorify people that matter: David Suzuki, Oprah Winfrey, Stephen Hawking - glorifying "stars" is, in my opinion the most ridiculous thing ever. 2. Paris has been acting badly for a long time? You think she's the reason kids act the way they do? It may have a certain influence and only on certain people, but in the end, teens are thinkers but are subjected to a barrage of peer pressure. Blaming that on Paris Hilton is out in the left field. I mean look.... last night, I went a bar with a friend and talked with a bartender who had done "everything under the sun". She told us that she had been a "good girl" all her life till around 17. Then, she had had enough and went wild - had nothing to do with "Paris Hilton". Everyone makes their decisions - even teenagers.

It's amazing that so many of us are elated about this news. It makes you wonder why this no-talent, narcissistic piece of trash is a celebrity!

It is about time! Paris has been acting badly for a long time now... and her mother is partly responsible for that behavior. I am glad she is going to jail because now our young people see that it doesn't matter who you are, you can't break the laws! Sorry Paris, but maybe you'll behave better after this and maybe your Mom will see that spoiled isn't the best way to handle children!

This is truly unbelievable. I think I am in shock. Seriously.
