The CAFR1 CD
There are 38 state CAFRs, and the Acrobat and Word reading programs that are on the disk. The reading programs (Acrobat or MS Word Reader) must be installed on your computer to read the CAFRs.
Make as many copies of the CAFRs on the CD as you want and hand them out. Charge a fee to cover your costs. Post your state’s CAFR file(s) on yours or a friends web site. In fact, if you can, put all of the CAFRs on the CD up for downloading.
Who ever you give a copy of the CD to, tell them to start with the statistical section in the back of the CAFRs. It gives a 10-year showing of the growth! Excessive and truly unjustifiable growth!
When I consolidated 38 state CAFRs on this 1 CD, this was the first time in the country that any CAFRs were consolidate on one CD. Some states I put the CAFR reports from 1994 to 2000. ( The pre 1999 CAFRs have been pulled by Government Administrators from the Internet )
My, my, my, are the bureaucrats from all over the country that have denied the existence of the CAFR, Government’s Financial Statement, going to get a severe case of heartburn! In fact if they say, “never heard of that before, I will have to look into it.” You can now say: “Well then, even though you have received the CAFR each year since you have been in office (as can be confirmed by the mail office of the department that sends out the CAFR), here is your state’s CAFR on CD. Why don’t you make copies of this CD and hand them out to all of your constituents.” Or “ You should put all of your states CAFR files on your official government web site so that your constituents can easily download it.”
[Note: All Senators, Congressmen, Deans of Colleges, editors of the primary news agencies have been sent their state’s CAFR each year, and in most states the CAFR was sent out for over 25 years.]
I hope you can use the CD productively. Also on the CD is the Federal Consolidated Financial Statement for 1999. Pay special attention to the appendix at the end that shows what federal cash cow agency’s whose revenues are not included in the report. These exclusions make a big, big, big, difference on the bottom line accounting not being consolidated into the totals!
I also put some extra items on the CD for fun, some games, software, and even my favorite screen saver.

The following statement below by WJB has been stated here since 03/2000. It is now 2003, was WJB right? Is it to late? I hope not!
Start the process now with true applied tenacity, while you still have a chance to do so. Or, you may just find the real power structure behind this country creating a national incident, and then starting a war out of distraction necessity, so that their multi trillion dollar "Business as Usual" free-for-all within their inner circles will not be modified, changed, or disrupted!
In fact, if they do that, the end result may be that based on the war time scenario created by the power structure, you will never have the freedom again to modify the process at all, ever! It could happen, and sooner than you think! Well, are we betting five dollars on the footbal game here, or is the bet for the future control of this country?
