Several weeks back another investigator shared information with Rumor Mill News regarding a secret military court. This court is set up to try crimes that are so sensitive to national security that the fate of the country may be in jeopardy if information leaks from the proceedings. I was watching Mike McCurry's press conference of today (Tuesday, September 15th, 1998) and heard one of the reporters ask, "Is it true that the White House is bugged by a foreign country?" McCurry said he had no comment on that and moved on to other things. Could this be the real reason behind the meeting of the Joint chiefs of Staff and the generals that is taking place in the Oval Office as I write this note? Sources that have supplied credible information to Rumor Mill News in the past have told me that the parents of Monica Lewinsky were agents for the Mossad. Could Monica have brought a "bug" into the Oval office each time she paid the President a visit? Since there are numerous other interns and workers in the White House who are under suspicion of being involved sexually with the president, isn't it time that someone in government began connecting the dots? Nothing more is said in the report about the incident, but according to information received by this news service, that reference could provide the key to the entire Lewinsky scandal and to the setting-up and entrapment of the President. Reportedly, the embassy involved was that of Israel, under the control of the right-wing Likud government of Benjamin Netanyahu. First, the time-frame of the Lewinsky affair should be taken into account. It is bounded by two events: (1) the assassination of President Clinton's partner in the Middle East peace process, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzak Rabin, on Nov. 4, 1995, which opens the path for Netanyahu becoming Prime Minister in May 1996; and (2) Netanyahu's visit to Washington in mid-January 1998--just as the Lewinsky affair was breaking in the U.S. news media. On this visit, Netanyahu publicly insulted the President by meeting with Bill Clinton's worst enemies, televangelists Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson. Netanyahu carried out this affront over the objections of both President Clinton and moderate Jewish leaders in the United States. The question must be asked: Was the set-up of President Clinton part of the effort by the Likud fanatics in Israel, and their "Temple Mount" backers in London, to punish the President for his efforts to force through an implementation of the 1993 Oslo peace accords? The Real Lewinsky Tapes British investigative journalist Kevin Dowling has released an article for publication to a variety of British and American news organizations, charging that the Israeli Mossad was bugging the Watergate apartment telephone of Monica Lewinsky, and was able to obtain material used to blackmail the Clinton administration into shutting down a probe of widespread Israeli espionage in Washington. Dowling reports that well-placed sources in Tel Aviv say that full transcripts of more than 30 sexually explicit conversations between Clinton and Lewinsky are held by the Israeli foreign intelligence service, the Mossad. The backdrop is as follows, Dowling reports, and it is backed up by published sources in the U.S., that the U.S. government was aware, from late 1995 on, that the Mossad was carrying out extensive espionage activity in the United States. When the Defense Investigative Service issued a warning to defense contractors about the Israeli spy program, the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith went into an all-out mobilization to denounce the DIS memo as "anti-Semitic." Of course, just one year earlier, the ADL had been the subject of a lengthy espionage probe by the FBI and the San Francisco Police; and the ADL had earlier been deeply implicated in the Jonathan Pollard spy affair. In May of 1997, the Washington Post and other media reported that the U.S. National Security Agency had intercepted a phone conversation between a Mossad officer posted at the Israeli embassy in Washington, and Danny Yaton, the Mossad chief, in Tel Aviv, during January 1997. The Mossad agent was seeking clarification whether he should attempt to obtain a copy of private letter from then-Secretary of State Warren Christopher to Yassir Arafat, via a Mossad mole high-up in the Clinton administration codenamed "Mega." The Mossad boss told the agent that under no circumstances should "Mega" be approached, as he/she was the top Israeli penetration agent inside the Clinton inner circle. An extensive FBI counterintelligence probe to determine the identity of the high-level Israeli mole in the U.S. government was triggered by the NSA intercept. Comparisons to the Pollard spy affair were naturally raised; the deeper issue is that many observers believe that Pollard's controller (sometimes referred to as "Mr.. X," or the "X Committee") is still burrowed deep in a high-level position in a U.S. government agency. According to the Tel Aviv sources cited by Dowling, there was an emergency meeting of top Israeli intelligence officials, as soon as the NSA intercept was discovered; a Mossad electronic-bugging team of yalohim was dispatched to Washington, and one of the targets of their operation was the home telephone of Monica Lewinsky. According to the Dowling sources, the Mossad obtained wiretap tapes of at least 30 X-rated conversations between the President and Lewinsky. These tapes, according to the sources, were hand-carried back to Tel Aviv, and were then used to blackmail the Clinton administration into calling off the search for "Mega"; the threat was that if the search for "Mega" were not shut down, the Israelis would begin leaking material from the tapes. According to Michael Isikoff, the reporter who first started investigating the Lewinsky story, he first learned about a story involving the President and "an intern" in March-April of 1997. The Dowling story is consistent with many leads assembled by this news service over the past several years, suggesting that the Israelis were operating against the Clinton Presidency in underhanded ways, as well as in an overt policy was, to sabotage the Middle East peace process. They say that without the okey of the White House, they can do nothing about it. In other words, Bill Clinton knows there is a Mossad agent in the White House and will do nothing about it. I have been told that the agent is not just any agent. He is the head of the Mossad in the United States. I have been told this agent sits outside of the Oval Office door and monitors everyone who goes in to see the President. I have been told that this agent is Rahm Emmanuel. I have no proof of this. I am only passing on info that has been given to me by two separate and unrelated sources. I have not yet had the time to contact other sources who could confirm this for me. On another subject, I have confirmed that the meeting between the President and the Joint Chiefs of Staff was for one reason and one reason only. They told him in no uncertain terms that he was not to enter into any kind of military action until the impeachment question has been resolved. If you will remember... During Watergate, Al Haig and Arthur Schlessinger went to Nixon and delivered the same message to him. Shortly after Nixon resigned, a book called "Silent Coup" was published. It was written by an Army Colonel. In the book he revealed that Watergate was a military coup designed to remove Nixon from office. It is my belief that Monicagate is a military coup. I have always had the faith that General Hugh Shelton, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was on the side of the American people. I also know that the CIA and the Mossad operate hand in hand when they seek the same goal, or they are fighting the same enemy. I believe that Faction 2 of the American Intelligence community discovered the Israeli bug in the White House and approached the Mossad with a deal. Faction 2 is the part of the Intelligence community that opposes the New World Order that Bill and Hillary and their friends in the United Nations want to create. Faction 2 is headquartered in the "Secret Navy" of the Office of Naval Intelligence. This secret navy is also referred to as "the Nebraska Navy" because their funding comes out of a Naval Reserve District (NRD) located on or near Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. Remember that the Navy runs the White House Office of Communications. This office is responsible for taping everything that goes on in the White House. They are also responsible for finding the bugs. I believe that it was operatives from this office who leaked the 10 minute video of the President entering the hallway where he and Monica had sex, with another young woman. I believe the secret navy has more blackmail on this president that anyone else has. I also believe they are using it to force through some of the changes they want made before he resigns in disgrace. Also remember that the Chinese have been taping him since his Arkansas days. They have been controlling him through this blackmail for over 20 years. My sources tell me it wasn't just drugs that were run through the Mena airport, but Chinese weapons, spies and military personnel. Also remember the trip Clinton took to the Soviet Union while he was a student at Oxford. Most people believe that this trip was to meet with his Soviet handlers. It was, but there is another angle. The CIA had already recruited him and they sent him to the soviet Union to bring back secret documents. The KGB found this out. They set him up in a sexual encounter. They taped it, and by using blackmail, they turned him into a double agent. The secret document that he was ordered to steal for the CIA was in fact a bogus one that was given to him by his new KGB handlers. What we have in the White House is a professionally trained spy. One who is so compartmented that he doesn't even remember he is working for the CIA, the former KGB and the Chinese, until he is triggered by one of his handlers. And even then he will only admit the part that the handler has access to. This type of programming is done through hypnosis and drugs. When I was a psychology student back in the late 60's, I read an article about a scientist who had isolated the sexual drive part of the brain. When he attached electrodes to that part of a monkey's brain, the monkey stimulated itself to death. That research took place over 35 years ago. Since that time there have been advances made in electronic warfare. Just recently I read a posting over the Internet about a new mind control technique that had to do with stimulating the sexual urge into a frenzy so that the victim would have sex with anything that was nearby. Facing concerns that military budget restraints have gone too far, Clinton met in a windowless high-security room at Fort McNair in Washington with the commanders-in-chief (CINCs) of U.S. forces around the world and heard their concerns. ``Readiness must be our number one priority,'' Clinton said at the beginning of the session, before reporters were ushered away. With Defense Secretary William Cohen and Gen. Henry Shelton, chairman of the joint chiefs, beside him, Clinton said U.S. forces overseas facing potential combat situations were ``highly ready'' and that ``our overall force is fully capable of carrying out our national military strategy.' ``I'm determined that we don't relax our vigilance to keep our forces ready to protect our security today and well into the 21st century,'' Clinton said. Defending post-Cold-War-era spending cuts, Clinton said: ''We struck a prudent balance between short-term readiness and longer-term modernization, so that our fighting forces will have the cutting-edge technology they need ... to dominate the battlefields of the future.' Debate has intensified over military spending limits imposed last year in the balanced budget agreement between the White House and Congress. That accord, which prevents any real growth in annual defense spending, has drawn criticism for failing to provide adequate support for the nation's military needs. Jon Kyl said Tuesday. The information came to light last week as the Senate considered evidence in the president's impeachment trial. Kyl, a member of the Select Committee on Intelligence, said key GOP senators were approached by sources who said they knew of the possible existence of the tapes. The names of those sources were then turned over to Starr for investigation, Kyl said. It was unclear whether the development would affect the impeachment trial, which is scheduled to draw to a close Friday. "There are different agencies in the government that make it their business to tape certain things for certain reasons, and it was one of those agencies" that did the taping, Kyl said. "Incidentally, it may have been more than one of those agencies," he added. Kyl, R-Ariz., refused to identify the agency or agencies involved in the taping. "That's something I absolutely can't get into in any greater detail," he said. Kyl said of the sources: "They are people who claim to have information about those tapes, who by virtue of who they are have some credibility with respect to the information they have come forward about." When asked whether the sources were members of U.S. intelligence, Kyl said, "You can assume that they are people who at some period in time have been in the employ of the federal government." As for the motive of the sources, Kyl said he believed they were prompted by the testimony of witnesses in the impeachment trial. "Here you have a case going forward, and at issue are a lot of different interpretations of phone conversations," Kyl said, mentioning in particular diverging memories about details of events in the testimony of Lewinsky and presidential friend Vernon Jordan. Kyl compared the allegations of the tapes' existence to the "smoking gun" evidence in the Watergate scandal, when congressional witness Alexander Butterfield "just blurted out" a reference to former President Nixon's taping system in the Oval Office. "Now you have people who have reason to know that the tapes exist and they say, 'Wait a minute, shouldn't someone know about this?' " Kyl said. News reports Tuesday about the possibility of tapes of presidential conversations focused on the possibility of a taping system in the White House that captured phone calls between Clinton and Lewinsky, but the White House denied the existence of such a system. Kyl was the first to reveal that the conversations had been recorded by the unidentified intelligence sources. U.S. intelligence, including the CIA, the National Security Agency and all of the branches of military intelligence, report to the president and work for the executive branch. The legality of employees of these agencies informing members of Congress of the existence of classified material was unclear Tuesday. Kyl first revealed the role of the unnamed intelligence services in his impeachment diary entry for Tuesday, which is published in today's Republic. Kyl has been writing the diary for his grandchildren, and the newspaper has been printing excerpts of the diary since the impeachment trial of the president began in January. "Public reports are now surfacing about the possibility that a national security agency may have copies of taped conversations of White House calls made by or to the president during the times relevant to this case," Kyl wrote. "I'll have more to say about this as it is officially dealt with publicly." The idea of turning over the records involving the tapes to Starr's office apparently originated with a member of the GOP Senate leadership. "We've been talking about what to do about this, and I suggested why don't we turn it over to Starr," Assistant Majority Leader Don Nickles told the Associated Press. "It's for him to handle; it's not for us to handle." The AP reported that the Republican senators received information about a week ago, raising the possibility that a White House taping system might exist. Eager to finish the impeachment trial, they sent the information to Starr. Majority Leader Trent Lott of Mississippi told reporters Tuesday that the GOP senators played no role in the matter other than to receive the information and pass it on to Starr. "All I've done is make available information sent to me," Lott said. White House spokesman Barry Toiv denied the existence of a White House recording operation. "We're not aware of any taping system," he told the AP. Toiv said there are occasional instances in which Clinton will conduct an interview by phone, and the call is taped to transcribe the conversation.
